The Corporate Traveling Recruiter opportunity could be in any of our 10 states (AL, FL, GA, IN, KY, MD, NC, OH, TN and VA) that Signature HealthCARE operates in.:
The position requires extensive travel 4 - 5 days a week. Additionally, this role will require onsite recruitment efforts and initiatives in effort to stabilize staffing.:

As a Traveling Recruiter you will be responsible for the recruitment efforts of nursing leadership, direct care nursing as well as regional support for positions for a dedicated region.
Requirements for Consideration include:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent work related experience (i.e., Staffing, human resources, sales, customer service or retail experience) may be acceptable.
* Must have 2 or more years recruiting in Long Term Care preferred
* Experience in reviewing requisitions and developing a recruitment strategy and set of selection criteria collaboratively with hiring manager.
This is not a remote position and it will require extensive travel 4 - 5 days a week. Additionally, this role will require onsite recruitment efforts and initiatives in effort to stabilize staffing.
