Team Overview
As an individual contributor, and reporting to the V.P., Finance, the Treasury Manager is responsible for cash management & forecasting, treasury operations and managing banking relationships. The Treasury Manager oversees all treasury related activities, manages bank accounts and serves as the system administrator of treasury & banking management systems. The Treasury Manager will help drive the Company's transition to a new global banking structure as we expand internationally. In addition, the Treasury Manager will also provide FP&A support to our Shared Service operations and collaborates with other departments on cross functional process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Oversee corporate treasury operations, which includes managing bank account structure, monitoring and mobilizing global cash balances and supporting funding processes
* Responsible for global cash position reporting, forecasting and budgeting, cash flow modeling and projection, and bank account management.
* Establishes and maintains treasury related approval guidelines, payment fraud controls, industry best practices and compliance, and company-established policies and procedures.
* Monitors cash operations to ensure adequate operating liquidity.
* Monitor banking activities and services to ensure accuracy and proper control.
* Manages relationships with commercial bank partners and serves as administrator for the Company's access to various banking platforms.
* Update bank signatories, maintain banking resolutions, and Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, administer ebanking portals and user access changes.
* Collaborates with accounting on close related activities and other departments in support of process improvement projects and initiatives.
* Monitors compliance with investment policy
* Ensures compliance with all Treasury related SOX controls
* Partner with VP Finance to design and implement a scalable global treasury platform
* Drives global banking transition - Establishing banks in newly created international entities as well as domestic subsidiaries and driving integration between the Company and banking partner(s).
* Assists in FP&A support for shared service functions - Forecasting, Budget vs Actual Flux Analysis, Allocations.
* Serves as the subject matter expert in treasury management system and provides guidance to internal stakeholders.
* Assists with cash transactions as needed, including ACH, wire transfers, foreign exchange transactions, etc.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate Treasury related processes
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration
* 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance or related fields; public multinational company experience preferred
* Experience in cash forecasting and modeling with experience in financial analysis
* Knowledge of financing, credit card processing, monthly accounting close process and bank reconciliation
* Experience with treasury management systems, general ledger accounting, and banking software and applications
* Experience in budgeting
* Experience with FX & forward contracts desired
