SalientCRGT is seeking a Program Analyst (PA) with prior experience supporting Navy Acquisitions and Logistics programs. The PA will work with government stakeholders and other Sailor 2025 Team Members to determine feasibility and implementation of NETC RRL course updates to include acquisition, logistics and delivery of hardware for modernized electronic classroom environments in support of Naval Aviation Warfare Command Training Support Detachment's (NAWCTSD) implementation of the Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL) Learning Content, Material, and Curriculum. Excellent opportunity for a retiring or transitioning Navy Logistic Specialist (LS) or Aviation Storekeeper (AK). Experience with NETC E2E process is preferred. This effort requires onsite support at Pensacola Naval Air Station in Pensacola, FL.

Specific Duties/Job requirements

Perform and support Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Fielding Plan in support of NAWCTSD Learning Center (LC) S2025 RRL initiatives

Using Government Furnished Information (GFI) and approved Analysis and Design products oversee the installation of ICW according to the RRL standards

Proficient use of advanced level capabilities of MS Office Suite

Ability to work in a production driven environment and meet deadlines

Lead and support tracking and acquisition tasks

Lead and support working group meetings and conferences as required

Develop Milestone decision templates, reports, and presentations to include:

Periodic In-Process Reviews

Work Plan (WP)

Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

Conference Meeting Agendas and Minutes

Development of MS Excel spreadsheets and templates to support scheduling, maintenance, production, and cost initiatives and analysis. (Intermediate Excel experience required to include creation of formulas, graphs, and charts)

Provide weekly status updates to supervisor and Program Manager

Assist with delivery, tracking, acquisition and installation of equipment and hardware to support RRL Electronic Classrooms across multiple sites

Coordinate and collaborate with NAWCTSD stakeholders to support analysis, design, development, and implementation of updated curriculum and electronic classroom modernization

Support NAWCTSD stakeholders with implementing S2025 planning, tracking, and execution of sub-projects and monitoring of financial expenditures

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by onsite supervisor or S2025 Program Manager

Required Qualifications:
Candidate shall have an active Secret Security Clearance.

BS + 0-2 yrs exp

Candidate shall have Navy logistics and acquisitions experience.

Candidate shall have Intermediate MS Excel experience to include the ability to create formulas, graphs, and charts.
