Job description

TSPi intends to provide Training Delivery Ready Relevant Learning (TD-RRL) IT services to manage the wide-range of IT programs that support the Navy Education Command's (NETC) Mission. The candidate will be expected to provide TD-RRL IT service support coverage for the full spectrum of an IT organization. Under this effort, the may provide support for mobile and wireless training delivery technologies, including MDM/MAM and wireless networking and engineering support. This may require interaction with NETC personnel managing NETC network connectivity, boundary protection, access control, and domain support to users and assets within NETC Learning Centers, Sites, and Classrooms. These assets reside in both Unclassified and Classified environments up to the SECRET level to include Classified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPI).

The candidate will be expected to provide Training Delivery Ready Relevant Learning (TD-RRL) support for Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) and MyNavy HR Learning Stack initiatives to (a) Collect and analyze data to find alternatives for technological solutions, which enable new training delivery methods for RRL modernized delivery, (b) Provide research, analysis, and migration support to transition from legacy training delivery applications to modern cloud-hosted MyNavy HR Learning Stack solutions, and (c) Develop and configure Software as a Service (SaaS) software instances to implement processes and functions to support NETC training delivery capabilities.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
• Active Secret-level clearance
• 4 years directly related experience (may consider less years if other relevant experience provided)
• Experience with IT Supply/Logistics, customer service, Production Data Entry, Computer Operations.
• IA Contractor Training and Certification and Computing Environment (CE) certification may be required

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:

• Experience documenting project scope, timelines, work breakdown schedules, user status reports.
• Experience with construction and vetting of: Requirements Documents, Requirements Traceability Matrixes, and Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
• Experience documenting Business Case Analysis reports based on various technology analysis.
• Experienced in the development of technical documentation to include software configuration details, installation and configuration procedures, and interface configuration details.
