**What does a great Business Analyst do?**

Working in Global Business Solutions, you will support Fiserv's merchant services relationship with Bank of America. This position is a hybrid of data analysis and project management. If you have experience in understanding and assessing the changing needs of the business and clearly and concisely capturing the requirements to effect the change, we want to hear from you!

**In this role, you can expect to:**

+ Act as a portal to Bank of America

+ Work with business and technical teams

+ Document clear, concise summaries of business problems

+ Perform impact assessments of the changes desired/required

+ Document business and technical requirements to resolve business problems

+ Concisely summarize findings and share with senior leadership as appropriate

+ Create and maintain timely metric reports and dashboards utilizing JIRA

+ Monitor business support mailbox

+ Create new processes and update/improve existing processes

**You're the kind of person who has:**

+ Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and lookup/reference functions; power query a plus

+ Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

+ Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels in the organization

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

+ Strong attention to detail, business acumen, customer focus and team orientation

+ Experience anticipating problems and opportunities and taking the initiative to pursue solutions

+ The ability to manage complex situations simultaneously

**Basic Qualifications for Consideration:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Project/Program Management, or related field

+ 2 -3 years of experience in documenting and concisely summarizing business requirements, both verbally and in writing

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

+ Experience with JIRA Kanban boards

+ Experience with Confluence

+ Experience in the Payment Industry, especially on the Acquiring side

+ Experience with Fiserv's Merchant Acquiring systems

+ Experience working with geographically dispersed teams

+ Financial Industry experience
