Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a Cell and Gene Therapy Research Associate with a Biotech company in West Palm Beach. The right candidate will start within the next 6 weeks!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Director
• Investigates, creates, and develops new cell processing experiments
• Author, review, and/or revise GMP technical documents
• Prepare data for internal and external presentations and meetings
• Maintain lab testing documentation and investigation reports to support method development
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of lab equipment
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert and provide technical assistance and training to cross-functional team members
• Other duties as requested

You are an excellent fit if you meet the following qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in STEM related discipline
• Must have 2+ years of post-graduate cell/gene therapy experience
• Experience with ELISA, flow cytometry, gene modification, and/or biologics, given preference
• Experience in GMP environment, given preference
• Above average communication skills, both written and verbal
• Thrives in a collaborative, diverse, and deadline-driven environment with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
