Job description

ITAC Solutions is seeking a reliable Office Administrator for a great company in the Port St. Lucie area. This person must be detail-oriented and tech savvy.

What you'll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Responsible for answering phone calls and checking messages daily
  • Greet visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Ensure bank deposits are made a minimum of three times a week
  • Update company system twice daily based on status updates from the morning meeting with the production manager
  • Create the folder and set up each RO and ensure all estimates are imported into system
  • Give each customer a company Expectation Brochure and explain our survey at drop off
  • Responsible for the management of rental cars
  • Verify time clock each week and send times to payroll
  • Close and invoice delivered jobs
  • Complete all Customer Satisfaction Calls and forward any issues to the shop manager
  • Set up all new employees using the company portal on their very first day
  • Complete a monthly shop safety walk

What you'll need to be considered (requirements):

  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers
  • Ability to multitask and answer multiline phones
  • Must be able to navigate different software's to create files/folders
  • Invoicing/billing experience
  • Vendor Management
  • Accounts payable/receivable experience
