Do you love connecting with people and building relationships? Are you on social media 24/7? We're looking for an inspired Social Media & Community Manager to own our social media channels from end to end. Your goal will be to build our social community and lead our influencer marketing efforts. This person will oversee all content and creative on Michael Todd Beauty and Spa Sciences social media channels, manage our content calendar and build a social strategy to grow our following, drive increased engagement and site traffic. You will also be the steward for our large, growing, passionate community of influencers, followers and brand ambassadors that connect to and celebrate our brand values quality products, creative and brand storytelling for Michael Todd Beauty and Spa Sciences.


Your role:

  • Builds an integrated digital strategy and activation plan with a growth mindset for our social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest & Twitter
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar across all our social channels, telling seasonal and impactful stories across all our channels throughout the year that are aligned to brand marketing campaigns
  • Establish a data-driven approach to inform and build overall social strategy to increase awareness, engagement, and drive site traffic
  • Lead influencer strategy and partnerships, identifying key partners each season, outlining storytelling and product priorities, and executing negotiation and contracts
  • Own & deploy budget across influencer paid partnerships, gifting & social creative content to most effectively achieve goals
  • Build 360 social, influencer & community campaigns across platforms to create high impact brand moments throughout the year and further extend larger marketing initiatives to these owned & earned channels in collaboration with the Brand Communications Associate
  • Lead social community management by engaging fans, followers, prospects, partners and aspirational customers through comments and Direct Messages.
  • Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Innovate and implement test and learn strategies and deliver results
  • Track, share and action social trends, new platform developments and competitor examples


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in community management, influencer marketing and strategy
  • Experience with influencer/blogger outreach and product seeding
  • Experience with social operational tools like content management, publishing, and community management
  • Expertise in growing and engaging social following
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring/tracking success
  • A strong storyteller, able to distill content into bite-sized social media captions and images
  • Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Passion for e-commerce, beauty and rapid growth brands a plus
