Job description

Paladin is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of proven experience in St. Petersburg FL area! This candidate will be working closely with the communications team to support all recruitment communications campaigns. This candidate will also be assessing with advertising campaigns, email communications, graphics and videos. If this sounds like you - please apply!

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and develop a variety of print and electronic communications to create brand awareness
• Work with the recruitment team to strategize and implement comprehensive, multi-channel communications campaigns that drive applications for critical open roles.
• Manage recruitment profiles on employment search engines (such as Glassdoor and Indeed)
• Oversee implementation, develop content, and manage budget for all paid recruitment media campaigns, including digital and print advertising opportunities.
• Create creative collateral to help drive traffic to the brands booths at career fairs
• Copyedit digital job descriptions to gain the attention of desired candidates and encourage application completion and more

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in advertising, communications, and/or marketing field
• Bachelors degree in marketing or communications
• A proven track-record of helping teams think big picture campaigns
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
• Strong written and creative skills
