Job description

Purpose & Summary: As the Vice President of our Northern Region, you will be responsible for strategic leadership across multiple facilities. Your oversight will include all sales, operations, safety, leadership/management, systems, culture, analytics, business oversight/P&L, and business development of the business unit with a shared commitment in the company's success, mission and core values.

Primary responsibilities are as follows:

· Proactively protect and grow our company culture by living our values, mission and vision

· Building the business unit strategies (overall, sales, operations, compliance, etc.)

· Lead the business unit in best practices for hiring, training, leading, coaching and developing the team directly and indirectly with a focus on developing internal talent

· Collaboratively drive continuous improvement, innovation and invention in the business units

· Optimize company structures, systems and processes to drive short and long term results; operate the business on-going to perform at an industry leading level

· Final oversight and responsibility of all parts of the P&L statement, budgeting, customer profitability and all financial matters.

Requirements & Qualifications: Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Finance/Accounting, Sales, Business, Management or other related field, and ten years of General Business Management experience. However, additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Additional qualifications include:

  • Manufacturing, Operational, Sales and Marketing knowledge/experience
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Proven track record developing best practices that drive safety
  • Ability to develop, grow, coach and mentor a strong team ensuring success in succession
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
