Associate Wealth Advisor


This is a full-time position in our Sarasota location (some remote work available) reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. No direct reports at this time. No book of business is required, but we will assist transitioning any existing clients into the firm.

What We Want

We are looking for an Associate Wealth Advisor that can provide support to the firm's Senior Wealth Advisors as their primary role. You will be responsible for the firm's smaller clients and work to add additional relationships to the firm. The upside is limitless as you mentor and grow with two Senior Wealth Advisors with over 20+ years of experience and several accreditations.


What to Expect

  • Assist Senior Wealth Advisors with preparation for meetings and follow-up on action items from these client meetings.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day servicing of all clients not in the "A" classification. This includes routine correspondence, research, trading, preparation for client meetings and follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with other "client touch" servicing needs.
  • Assist Client Service representatives with client account paperwork.
  • Participate in daily morning calls, advisor meetings and all firm events.
  • Responsible for screening and following up with all new leads and managing firm's prospecting pipeline for all advisors.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements of a wealth advisor, and if not already, work to attain Certified Financial Planner designation.
  • Occasional travel to educational conferences and training.


What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a licensed financial advisor.
  • Active Series 65 or 66 license and a clean U-4/U-5 history.
  • Excellent attitude, positive outlook and ability to work as a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Apple computer environment.
