CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST (remote) needed in Sarasota, FL - This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable company that corners the market in top notch innovative medical devices!


Payrate/Salary: $22 - $26/hr.


Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.


**Position and Requirements Summary:**


The Customer Service Administrator will answer all incoming calls from CS phone queue and open the corresponding case to support the request in Salesforce. The CSA will also be responsible for all administrative tasks related to ensuring the customer, the Customer Service Technicians, Service Technicians and Customer Experience Specialists are provided what they need to support the customer.


**Position Responsibilities:**


+ Validate all fields in Salesforce are updated including customer ship to address and contact information is accurate prior to transferring a call to a Customer Service Phone tech for support.


+ Provide and ensure the timely completion of checklists required for a new purchase installation and/or preventative maintenance.


+ Oversee case development and ensure status and information are accurate.


+ Order all part requests in Deltek.


+ Be responsible for ensuring parts are shipped based on their required by date and/or severity.


+ Provide scheduling assistance.


+ Assist with related checklists.


+ Serve as a back up to the Customer Experience Specialist position.


+ Support and ensure continuous follow up of Return Cases to ensure parts are being returned within the agreed timeframe.


+ Be in constant communication with the Customer Experience Specialists and immediately report/communicate any issue that may be escalated or affect the Customers' experience.


+ Use creative and professional solutions to avoid conflicts and ensure a seamless experience from first contact to completion.


+ Work with leadership and team members to mitigate any possible negative impact on the client.


+ Training Support for new Customer Service Administrators.


**Requirements:**


+ Associates or bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of equivalent customer service work experience in a professional setting


+ Positive, passionate, customer centric mindset


+ Demonstrates sense of urgency to communicate to resolve customer issues


+ Highly organized and attention to detail


+ Emotional intelligence


+ Needs moderate direction and follow-up


+ Time Management and Multi-tasking skills


+ Sense of ownership
