Our company is growing by the day with locations in Ft Myers, Sarasota and Tampa. Our Mission is to keep our customers rolling and minimize their down time. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

• Handles customer reception with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude as needed

• Schedules and confirms service appointments

• Manages Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

• Manages an organized work area in a neat, clean, and well-kept manner

• Accurately report to supervisor hours worked

• Maintains professional relationships with owner, manager, and worksite team members

• Submits daily Admin "Wins," report tasks, daily activities

• Performs other duties as assigned

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and coach team members

• Experience successfully maintaining a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality with individual interactions with team members

• Strong computer skills and highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Windows, Google Suite

• Outstanding organization and administrative accountability

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to think individually as well as collaboratively when approaching personnel issues

• Ability to read, interpret, and create documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and written correspondence

• Assist team members in achieving their goals by aligning their goals with store goals

• Previous experience with social media content posting (preferred)
