Future growth is expected to come from both expansion of existing operations and a broadening of existing environmentally sustainable offerings, including regenerative feedstock for biomass plants and monetization of carbon credits.

Job Description

We are seeking a Controller to join our rapidly expanding company. The Financial Controller will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, cash management, supervision of accounting support staff and processes, and development of internal control policies and procedures. This individual will assist the CFO and other senior leaders on financial matters; and provide strategic recommendations based on their sound financial analysis in a both timely and meaningful manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration

· 5+ years of solid experience as a Financial Controller, Assistant Controller, or CPA auditor

· Thorough knowledge and application of GAAP and efficient accounting procedures

· Highly proficient in accurate, accrual-based general ledger accounting

· Strong Excel, Outlook, and ERP software experience and proficiency

· Effective communication and supervisory skills; team player

Pay: $31.00 - $43.00 per hour
