Growing healthcare organization seeks Recruiting Specialist. You'll work directly with the Director of Human Resources to assist in HR related functions in order to drive company success. The ideal candidate must be extremely well organized and methodical in the approach to problem solving and be able to juggle multiple hiring needs at a one time. Must possess experience with Applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, Paycom, and have excellent communication skills.

We are looking for long-term employees and are seeking to build solid relationships while creating a teamwork atmosphere that is focused on excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Screen and Interview for multiple positions
• Assist with all facets of hiring & onboarding process including set up, tracking and data entry
• Accurate input of data into Payroll system
• Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Must possess the ability to communicate professionally in person and in writing

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience

Experience: 4 or more years HR experience. Must include hands on experience with Payroll systems

Skills:

• Displays a positive and professional manner with all interactions
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with little or no direction.
• Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent project management skills: proven ability to collaborate and manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met and a quality product is produced.
