RECRUITER NEEDED FOR LONG-TERM CONTRACT POSITION IN SARASOTA, FL - This is a hybrid position working with one of our "non-profit organizations" (approximately 3 - 6 months). If you are someone with strong recruiting experience that wishes to give back to your community by working for a non-profit organization, please apply today! The opportunity to work both from the office and from home is available.

Payrate: $25.00/hr.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• Meet with hiring managers to profile vacant positions
• Develop recruitment strategies
• Review applicants to ensure minimum qualifications
• Conduct preliminary phone screens
• Present recommended candidates to the Hiring Managers
• Assist in scheduling interviews for Hiring Managers
• Assist with the on-boarding process

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline and
Two (2) years HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition'

Will consider a hybrid schedule - on-site and remote.
