**Manpower is recruiting for a Entry Level Carpenter who has some knowledge and experience in the field. Full time opportunity with a temp to hire potential starting at $16.00 per hour!**

**What will you be doing?**

The Construction Production Worker (Indoor/Outdoor) is responsible for quality repairs, refurbishment, off/on rent, and modification of all modular buildings and containers in the yard.

*Performs repairs to mobile office trailers including framing and finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and all other facets of modular building repair.

*Maintains proper inventory levels of all equipment/tools/parts.

Maintains a clean and organized work area.

*Attends periodic safety meetings.

*Performs modifications as requested by customers.

*Assist in handling materials and unloading material deliveries.

*Forklift operations.

**What will you bring to the job?**

*High School diploma or equivalent is required.

*Must have some carpentry and some electrical knowledge and experience.

*Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must.

*Plumbing, and welding experience is a plus.

*Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly during the shift.

*Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.

*Ability to work with a variety of hand tools in a proficient manner.

*Ability to climb a ladder up to 25 feet.

*Meet and follow safety expectations of the position.

*Ability to stand and perform manual labor for multiple hours a day.

*Criminal background and drug screening.
