Job Title: Accounting & Systems Analyst

Reports to: Financial Controller

Position Summary

The Accounting & Systems Analyst will be a key member of the CMG team and support our platform integration initiatives. This role will work closely with our implementation team, as well as finance and accounting, to ensure a clean transition from legacy accounting systems to our new ERP (Viewpoint Spectrum). Will assist with data mapping, utilize data upload tools, reconcile account information, and participate in partner training sessions as we onboard current and future companies. This role may also assist with certain month end accounting processes as needed for CMG. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic group within a fast-growing company.

Key Deliverables

• Ensure timely and accurate migration of data from legacy system to new ERP
• Support integration activities by participating in partner training, testing etc.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for new ERP

Position Responsibilities

• Assist with data mapping/uploads to new ERP (GL transactions, vendors, customer, etc.)
• Participate in system training
• Document accounting processes /best practices for partner companies
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

Minimum

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, sumifs, etc.)
• Full cycle accounting, some knowledge of GAAP
• Basic system/database knowledge
• Ability to thrive in fast paced, dynamic environment
• Works independently and is a proactive problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to interface at various levels within the organization
• Strong time management
• Excellent organization skills
