This is a rare opportunity for fulfilling full-time work with a supportive team. You will be responsible for multi-company accounts payable and fixed asset reporting, as well as standard accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities­­

• Accounts payable for multiple companies
• Perform all duties necessary to ensure fixed assets are in compliance
• Use tax filings
• Perform reconciliations and corresponding journal entries
• Maintain the general ledger
• Support month- and year-end closing
• Assist with PwC annual audit process
• Lead and manage special projects through follow-up and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or similar)
• Proficient in fixed asset software
