As the Administrative Specialist, you will play a key role in creating positive and professional first impressions for our members, guests, vendors and those reaching AACSB through the main phone line. You will provide high level administrative support to colleagues and will maintain the appearance of common areas.

How You Will Contribute

  • Provide high level administrative support to colleagues, including but not limited to preparing letters, presentations and documents, and arranging meetings.
  • Answer incoming calls, greet and assist visitors, and create, maintain and post visitor welcome signs. Open, close, and maintain appearance of the reception area. Ensure that voicemail messages from the general mailbox are directed to the appropriate recipients.
  • Order, maintain and update inventory of Break Room and Coffee Room supplies. Maintain appearance of and replenish supplies in the Break Room and Coffee Room.
  • Maintain inventory of AACSB Logo clothing and promotional items and orders items, such as employee business cards and name badges.
  • Assist with assembly of seminar and conference materials as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year administrative support experience in a professional office environment
  • Fluency in English language
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant vocational training
  • Two (2) years of experience administrative support experience in a professional office environment
