The Billing Quality Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance within the Enrollment & Billing division. The Representative performs audits and provides feedback to diminish errors and advance processes and performance. Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute audits on billing and enrollment forms processed by Operations
- Analyze, identify trends, and provide reports as necessary
- Create, maintain, and track reports in relation to performance
- Document work performed and audit results based on pre-determined standards and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 3+ years prior experience with COSMOS platform
- 3+ years prior experience with Medicaid/Medicare billing
- 3+ years prior experience with Enrollment and Billing transactions (operations experience)
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work Monday through Friday; 7:00am - 6:00pm in the time zone you live in
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $17.12 to $30.34. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $18.80 to $33.41.
