Business Analyst-Lead
Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 6 months

Business Analyst
RMO (Resource Management Organization) Business Analyst will be responsible for collection, verification and analysis/reporting of real estate, headcount forecasting, and associated desktop equipment efforts.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparation of reporting, scorecards and data collection templates
* Coordinate timely collection and verification of reports and artifacts
* Analyze data and compile required metrics including trend analysis
* Prepare global space listing reports for distribution to internal clients
* Facilitate internal real estate related moves, adds and changes
* Provide support for on-going maintenance and management of data on SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive

Qualifications:
* Minimum BS/BA degree
* 3+ years of relevant experience including analytical skills to recognize trends and anomalies
* High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact efficiently with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
* Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables in a large/global corporate environment
* Self-motivated, flexible and ability to work well independently
* Willing to take personal responsibility and accountability
