Our client, one of the largest financial services firms, is seeking a Business Analyst

Position Type: Contract

Job Summary:

RMO (Resource Management Organization) Business Analyst will be responsible for collection, verification and analysis/reporting of real estate, headcount forecasting, and associated desktop equipment efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of reporting, scorecards and data collection templates
• Coordinate timely collection and verification of reports and artifacts
• Analyze data and compile required metrics including trend analysis
• Prepare global space listing reports for distribution to internal clients
• Facilitate internal real estate related moves, adds and changes
• Provide support for on-going maintenance and management of data on SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive

Qualifications:

• Minimum BS/BA degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience including analytical skills to recognize trends and anomalies
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact efficiently with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables in a large/global corporate environment
• Self-motivated, flexible and ability to work well independently
• Willing to take personal responsibility and accountability
