The position calls for an industry professional who will be a key member of operations support team. The Analyst must be capable of prioritising multiple tasks of varying complexity with minimal supervision.
Your Primary Responsibilities:

Assist clients with inquiries and settlement related issues.
Periodic review, creation and revision of procedural documents.
Timely escalation of operational issues in accordance to the SIFMU Ops Clearance and Settlement policy.
Adhere to strict procedural guidelines and critical timeframes and raise where appropriate.
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises appropriately

Talents Needed For Success:

Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
The applicant should demonstrate a dedication to high professional and ethical standards.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
Exhibits a risk and control mindset.
Solid interpersonal skills and able to collaborate across site location
Strong Microsoft Office Skills, especially with Excel and Word, are required.
