Responsibilities

A typical day in the life of the Client Portfolio Manager consists of…

  • Overseeing the process of client investments, managing the communication and documentation to ensure each client gets exceptional service in addition to excellent management of their portfolio.
  • Develop and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of clients, building long-term relationships with clients while working quickly to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Coordinating cross-departmental information needs to develop and support needed client facing materials including the preparation of presentations on a variety of financial topics.
  • Leading day-to-day management of all client deliverables as well as producing ad hoc data requests as needed.


Qualifications

Candidate must meet or exceed the following…

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field; 1-2+ years financial analysis experience in the banking/financial services industry preferred, however recent college graduates encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel knowledge required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality of output; financial and/or statistical reporting experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • A positive attitude, ability to work well independently and within a team, ability to learn new concepts quickly and be reliable for daily/weekly/monthly tasks
