Overview:
Looking for a rewarding career in the fast growing, fast-paced world of digital health? Foley is looking for an energetic individual with superior organization skills to assist our very busy and growing team of attorneys. We work with high growth, venture enterprise/startup health care companies with a focus on technology. This position is directly client facing and will include client work, strategic planning, marketing, and business development.

Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end project management of digital health initiatives; identify major deliverables, support communication plans, and change management activities

Lead project status meetings to report on project progress, highlighting accomplishments, risks/challenges, issues and key decision points

Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting to help determine timelines required for achieving deliverables

Support attorneys with project management throughout the stages of transactions, manage checklists, provide communications and status tracking to help ensure timely deadlines and prompt responses to client and attorney requests

Work with client solutions teams in developing efficient approaches with software solutions

Work with firm's accounting department to streamline procedures related to client invoicing and project-tracking

Coordinate the development of user and training documents, resources, and enable successful implementation of client systems and platforms

Coach attorneys, paralegals, legal administrative assistants, and others on project management concepts, methods and tools

Work closely with attorneys and business development in the preparation of pitches and pricing proposals

Collaborate with attorneys to develop and manage client relationships to deliver high-quality client services

Develop innovations and solutions to identify and recommend opportunities for efficiency and quality of client service

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Management, Technology or a related field is preferred

A minimum of five (5) years of experience at a management consulting firm, investment bank, in an operations/strategy role at a high-growth company, or related experience required

Project management or other process optimization certification/experience is a plus

Superior communication skills with ability to effectively influence and collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and staff

Dedication to delivering outstanding client service

Demonstrated experience in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving

Self-motivated; committed to innovation and creative solutions

Advanced user of MS Excel, Word and document management systems

Critical thinking to analyze, summarize and complete project goals in a timely manner

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
