You will serve as a primary management contact and client liaison with the responsibility for; identifying transformation opportunities within an aligned business or function, guiding the squad to turn opportunities into reality, and managing both client happiness and the overall client relationship.
By crafting and presenting a clear vision, you will focus the efforts of the squad upon delivering the best possible customer value and helps to craft the results aligned with improving the value of BTO services and solutions.
Our Engagement & Delivery Leads are client-centric, strategically focused individuals, who demonstrate a broad spectrum of leadership and teamwork capabilities that are required to guide the aligned squads to success. Critical success factors in this role include the demeanor of people working with, not for, each other, where there is the ability to build a plan and then execute that plan, with the capability to empower and delegate to the squad.
Your Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted strategic partner, anticipate needs and drive the identification of transformational opportunities for, the aligned business or function stakeholder(s) and senior leadership
Demonstrate a senior leader presence during the overall management of the client relationship and the successful delivery of proposed BTO solutions and services
Be the single point of information to keep the squad focused and to reduce churn that results from waiting for information or answers. Resolve any conflicting priorities
Drive alignment on vision through clear communication and direction to squad members on identified business challenges, in-scope activities and best-practice approaches for solutioning
Prioritizethe squads backlog items based on business value; develop the vision board and delivery roadmap and maintain as needed to bring maximum customer value

Talents Needed for Success:

Minimum of 10 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred and/or equivalent experience
Proven expertise across and within multiple BTO proficiencies: (i.e. Data analysis, Process re-engineering, Agile methodologies, Project Management, Business Insight, etc.)
Can understand, break down and prioritize a problem into workable parts, collaborate with the squad to tackle it and build a compelling product vision and roadmap focusing on the highest business value
Ability to think about objectives from multiple perspectives and considers non-conventional ideas and approaches for achieving squad objectives
Senior-level communication skills (presentation, speaking, written) especially related to aligning on a vision with the squad and in managing customer delivery expectations; A confident communicator who consistently knows one's audience and can deliver a clear message to all levels
Proven leadership experience in encouraging a culture of collaboration and open communication
