Job description

The Director of Implementation will be responsible for developing the implementation of project plans on-time, within budget and ensuring a positive customer experience is achieved during every interaction.This will be a remote role that will require some travel.RESPONSIBILITIES:-Manage the implementation of product(s) and/or solutions from beginning phasesthrough final launch/release.-Serve as communications coordinator for all parties involved and liaise with internal --teams, partners, and client to ensure project remains on target and parties are aware of changes.-Facilitate and lead project meetings.-Track, monitor and report weekly on projects? statuses.-Review project methodology and enforce project standards.-Prepare and conduct project reviews and monitor progress.-Minimize project risk and manage resolution of project issues.-Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.-Create, maintain and update project templates and standards for documentation.-Track, conduct and document lessons learned and share them with the Implementation team.-May perform other duties as assigned.IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:-Bachelor?s degree in related field or combination of relevant education and work experience.-At least five (5) years of experience managing implementation projects across multiple lines of business or clients.-Strong analytical and organizational skills and a proven track record in project management.-Prior experience as a business analyst is also preferred.-Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferredExperience in implementing at medical facilities such as pathology/radiologyKnowledge and experience with APLIS and EMR application desirable AppleOne Technical is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
