Finance Manager

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will play a key role in Corporate Finance, specifically General Admin (G&A) supporting the Digital Technology Innovation (DTI) and Finance organizations. .
- Supporting the planning of areas of DTI and Finance operating expenses and capital expenditures during financial planning processes such as annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and the long-range plan
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings within the functional areas and present to senior management
- Supporting internal DTI and Finance planning and close requirements
- Preparing various management reports on financial performance and be able to explain/communicate key variance drivers and insights, especially during the quarter end process
- Assisting the planning and analysis of a portfolio of capital projects, and providing financial support for project teams through stages of the companys capital approval process
- Providing key financial support and analysis on an ad-hoc basis to help drive and improve business performance as needed
- Preparing executive-friendly financial analysis materials for senior company leadership
- Partnering with other members of Finance within and outside of Tampa, FL on consolidation of DTI and Finance activities as well as coordinating other ad-hoc projects

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree
- OR
- Masters degree & 3 years of experience directly related to the job
- OR
- Bachelors degree & 5 years of experience directly related to the job
- OR
- Associates degree & 10 years of experience directly related to the job
- OR
- High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Finance experience
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field of study, with an MBA or CPA preferred.
- 3-5 years of financial accounting/analysis experience.
- Strong financial modeling (i.e. Microsoft Excel) skills; i.e. the ability to build and maintain sophisticated Excel models with minimal direction
- Detail oriented, highly motivated with a can do outlook
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including expert proficiency in PowerPoint
- Familiarity with enterprise planning and reporting tools (Hyperion, SAP)
- Ability to work efficiently in teams and manage multiple projects concurrently under time pressure
