Job description

SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to the Human Resources Department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Performs human resource front-line customer service and administrative functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Triages incoming email, phone calls, mail for the HR department to determine most appropriate team to handle request
  • Provides overall administrative support for HR and acts as a main point-of-contact for function
  • Assists with processing of terminations, verifications of employment, and related processes
  • Assists in completing forms I-9 and verifies I-9 documentation
  • Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents. Files documents into appropriate employee file and performs other clerical functions
  • Conducts all responsibilities and handles sensitive data/documents with confidentiality
  • Identify areas that need process improvement, streamlining or automation to enhance HR operations and services to Clinicians and corporate employees.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
EDUCATION:
GED Required, College Degree Preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Prior HR experience required, can multitask, prioritize, good people skills. Admin support including answering the HR phone line, responding to emails. managing files. etc.
