Job description

You will be based in our Atlanta, Chicago, New York or Tampa office as part of our cell human resources (HR) team, which is composed of HR colleagues co-located in our Tampa center. You will work closely with cell leaders, North American and Global HR colleagues, to ensure ongoing HR support for all colleagues.

You will provide human resources support to platform, industry, functional and firm function colleagues.

As the central point of contact to our leadership, you will identify and surface trends and opportunities for process improvement and HR related matters. You will provide proactive mitigation of People-related risk (e.g., compliance, personal conduct, local regulatory requirements) and identify trends in cases in partnership with local HR and North American HR. You will drive the communication of specific initiatives and changes to the broader HR community. You will also provide regular touch points with the professional development (PD) and leadership on risk mitigation and best practices.

In partnership with relevant Centers of Excellence (CoEs), you will provide guidance for cross boarding cases to leaders as necessary. You will be a thought partner to the PD/talent management and leaders on performance management cases. You will also manage involuntary separations in partnership with local HR.

You will also serve as a central point of contact for year-end processes working in partnership with relevant CoEs, PD and leadership. You will collaborate with local HR and North American HR for guidance on complex leaves and accommodations for colleagues. You will also be responsible for global facilitation for leadership on HR matters including executing on role approvals for regional roles.

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
* 5+ years of experience or in a relevant field
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to function in a highly complex environment
* Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capability
* Excellent project management skills
* Core understanding of HR risk topics
