Job description

WWC Global is currently seeking an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) for a high visibility program providing training and exercise support to U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The ISD will create and deliver various types of ADDIE based IT training to dynamic student bodies. They will plan, direct, or coordinate training activities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable Directives and Operational Orders.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

* Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
* Bachelors degree.
* Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
* Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
* Minimum six (6) years of instructional design experience in a military environment.
* Minimum three (3) years of current experience in implementing common Instructional Systems Design (ISD) models for adult training instructional design and development in a military environment.
* Expertise in developing and delivering various curriculums.
* Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy.
* Knowledge of technical information protection, dissemination, release, and control procedures for operation in the Special Operation Forces Information Environment (SIE). Develop training processes including design approach, material development, training effectiveness assessments and competency anchoring managed in support of team goals.
* This position supports a U.S. Government contract; per the Executive Order 14042 issued on September 9, 2021, personnel must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to fill this role.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree
* Minimum of four (4) years of experience designing, developing, reviewing, and assessing instructional material and methods in accordance with instructional design theories.
* Minimum of four (4) years of experience producing, analyzing, correlating, synthesizing, manipulating, and adapting instructional requirements using commercial instructional design tools.
* Minimum of four (4) years of experience developing, implementing, and sustaining a comprehensive instructional material management capability to deliver developed instructional materials in support of training.
* Minimum of four (4) years of experience in analyzing instructional course content and target populations to identify learning gaps and develop appropriate instructional mitigation training strategies, methods, materials, and media.
