LIBERTY Dental Plan seeks an experienced Jr. Recruiter (Entry Level) for the Human Capital department. Come join our team and be hands-on in finding key talent for our growing company!
**Individual must be located in Tampa, FL or surrounding areas. Flexibility to work Remote with the capability to report to our Tampa, FL office as needed.**
The Jr. Recruiter Human Capital is responsible for supporting the Recruitment team with sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, hiring, on/off boarding, and other duties as assigned.
- Assist with the entire recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on recruitment for Call Center/Member Services and Claims Processor positions
- Source talent using a variety of methods, including employee referrals, networking, and progressive online sourcing tools
- Assist with posting ads on internal and external sites, job boards, social media, etc.
- Build understanding of the business and recruitment needs to identify qualified candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct high-volume outreach using a variety of methods (phone, email, text, and/or ATS)
- Communicate with candidates promptly and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process
- Develop a pipeline of ready-now talent, which will reduce time to fill for evergreen positions
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and engage candidates, document progress in ATS/Paycom, and facilitate efficient hiring process
- Assist with preparing offers, running background checks, maintaining pre-hire and employee files, reports, and other admin duties as assigned
- Execute sourcing strategies to create a diverse, qualified candidate pool
- Pre-qualify candidates for consideration through resume/candidate review
- Partner and collaborate with hiring managers in executing innovative strategies to identify diverse candidates
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- BA/BS Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other associated field; or equivalent experience
- PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, LinkedIn, or other HR/Recruiting Certification a plus
- 2 - 3 years of proven recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition and/or related experience for a company or external staffing agency
- Experience with high-volume recruitment strongly preferred
- Experience with online recruiting and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Paycom a plus
- Knowledge and experience with a variety of recruitment tools and technologies
Specific Skills/Knowledge:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Familiarity with positions in dental, medical, or other healthcare-related fields is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SharePoint and MS Teams a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, out-of-the-box thinker with ability to utilize various sourcing strategies
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Understand the competitive landscape and adapt approaches to differentiate the organization in the marketplace
- Ability to follow all company and employment laws, policies, and procedures (EEO, FLSA, etc.)
Environment and/or Physical Factors:
Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Sedentary work involves extensive sitting, typing, close range vision most of the time.
