RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning & Development Consultant - Tier 2 in Tampa, FL. Summary: The Learning Innovation & Technologies (Li&T) team is responsible for consulting on learning systems, tools, and processes. This may include advising other Learning & Development (L&D) functional teams on how to utilize and leverage systems and tools, researching and responding to issue escalations, building, or maintaining conference registration websites, and supporting technology projects that contribute to the success of learning strategy. Responsibilities Include:
  • Learning & Development Consultant will partner with project managers and stakeholders to propose design, deploy, and support learning solutions and associated business processes
  • Manage operation efforts and resources to conduct analysis to resolve a business challenge from a technical and data perspective; This includes, but not limited to, functional requirements/capabilities, data flow, data quality, and data transformation
  • As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will present solution recommendations or options based on the problem statements and technical/data analysis
  • Review, coordinate, and communicate product and system releases to end users and support teams so that impacts and actions can be delivered timely


Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; Undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BS) in Computer Science or related field is preferable
  • Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements and policies as stipulated by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and how those requirements and policies impact course development and delivery documentation
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar type role
  • 3-5 years of training and development experience
  • Have worked with an onshore/offshore model
  • Leveraging all relevant technology tools, to include Google platforms and MS Office, to manage day to day responsibilities and effectively communicate and collaborate across teams
  • Learning Management Systems implementation and/or maintenance
  • Leveraging analytics and project management skills to manage multiple projects and align resources to ensure priorities are met
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining compliance processes, learning management systems, eLearning development tools, and relevant learning technologies
  • Experienced with functional requirements; develop, design, and execute various data wrangling, technical integration capabilities, Building curricula structure within a complex learning management system and other key learning technology platforms
  • Client service mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong presence and communication skills
  • Self-sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learn
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Google platforms, and cloud-based tools
