Legal Business Solutions is a strategic cross-functional team of highly skilled legal domain and technology

consulting experts focused on services for the office of the General Counsel, Commercial Contracting teams,

business stakeholders and procurement departments for our corporate clients. Our objectives are to help

optimize the legal, business, and technology functions and move the legal department from being viewed as a

cost center into a true partner for the business.

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
  • Understanding of key terms/provisions of various contracts and legal documents;
  • Familiarity will be required for projects that involve financial products (eg, bonds, swaps, options, futures, etc.);
  • Understanding some contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms (including but not limited to obligation management, extraction, configuration of templates, etc. within a CLM);
  • Supporting an engagement team during each stage of CLM implementation (eg, data process mapping and migration to non-CLM platforms, change management, development of clause libraries, etc.);
  • Preparing and describe reporting metrics that meet client objectives and chosen technology - illustrate the value (eg, speed to contract, mitigate risk, identify revenue leakage, etc.) to the client and internally;
  • Helping assist with assessment and preparation of recommendations for various workflows and opportunities for improvements;
  • Updating project updates using written and verbal skills to articulate milestones; and,
  • Having analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader directing efforts in one or more of the following areas:
  • Supporting teams on multiple concurrent projects;
  • Leveraging data to identify trends and patterns to improve various contracting workflows, negotiations;
  • Focusing on optimizing CLM technology platforms when a clients process or objectives change;
  • Coordinating with PwC resources and technology implementation partners to drive efficiencies and adoption of technology in the contracting lifecycle;
  • Identifying and addressing client needs; and,
  • Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials.
