Purpose of this position..

The primary responsibilities of this Entry-level Management position are to maintain outstanding customer service, generate sales, provide product and service information to potential clients and support our Management team.

• Support Management in meeting sales goals, customer service targets and operating objectives through execution and accountability.
• Support, model and enhance the seamless customer service focus by creating an environment that is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and quick for clients and co-workers.
• Ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
• Regular attendance and full time commitment are essential functions of this position.
• Ensure office presentation standards are achieved and maintained.
• Identify ways to drive sales generation and ensure action is taken to achieve goals.

Qualifications/Experience

• Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Sensational customer service.
• Previous experience in a sales environment.
• A strong team player yet still able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a big plus.
• Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Be a fast learner, cheerful, with a positive attitude.
• A commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
