Contour Mortgage has been in business since 1993 and is experiencing triple-digit growth, even as markets contract. As one of the premier lenders on the east coast, we offer the entire gamut of mortgage loan products/services, marketing support/budget, and full operational support associated with a fully delegated mortgage lender. We are looking for a full time branch manager with years of experience originating loans as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Important to note that this position is majority office based with very little opportunity to telework or work remotely.

You must be located in or willing to relocate to Tampa, FL for this position!!

Job responsibilities

Meeting Branch production quotas/reporting

MLO Sales Training/Development and oversight

Pipeline Management

Coordination and implementation of company directives

Coordination of marketing strategies with our Marketing Department

Ensuring all customer service benchmarks are met

Expanding the Contour Mortgage sphere of influence in the Tampa, FL region

Oversees all licensing applications, education, and continuing education for employees

Requirements

3 + years of Mortgage Loan Origination experience as a Sr. MLO, Team Lead or Branch Manager

Currently Licensed with the NMLS in multiple states

Expert knowledge of guidelines and sales tactics

Experience with Encompass LOS/Excel/CRM's

BA preferred but not required

8 hour shift

The qualified candidate will have full departmental support of the following assets:

Marketing Department

Generates all branch lead flow

Responsible for new campaigns

Allocates development budget as directed by manager

Licensing Department:

Accounting

Billing support

Profit and Loss management

IT/Software Development Department

Provides all software/hardware support

Manages proprietary CRM

Provides all data and technology services
