Job description

The Builder Relations Administrator role provides crucial support to the Builder Relationship Program. The Builder Relations Administrator executes the utilization of the program so that there is optimum communication and reporting between the company and the Builder Relationship Manager. This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is open to handling frequent changes in priorities. The successful Builder Relations Administrator will demonstrate a relentless drive to help BRMs and Management seek ways to improve every aspect of the Builder Relationship Program.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborating with members of Management to address any program or policy updates or changes.
  • Coordinating any updates/changes necessary in the LOS or other application to the System Administrators.
  • Any process changes that are a result of updates/changes are communicated to the appropriate Company staff via Company Communications.
  • Assists with developing training as a result of updates/changes as needed.
  • Monitors and processes the incoming requests to establish a Builder Relationship or modifying an existing relationship such as:
  • Adding Authorized MLOs/Establishing a Branch Sourced Lead - Specific
  • Adding/Modifying a Lender Credit Amount
  • Deactivating/Transferring a Builder Relationship
  • Provides the BRM & Builder the Letters of Understanding and assist with amendments to MLO Compensation Agreements as appropriate
  • Monitors Builder Relationship pipelines in Encompass and assists in resolving loans issues
  • Maintains the database, via Smartsheet, utilized for managing the program
  • Receives, screens and prioritize incoming emails, responding or coordinating appropriate and timely responses
  • Develops and maintain professional working relationships with the Branch, Division and Corp/Ops staff, as well as external partnerships
  • All other duties as assigned

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; Intermediate level Excel knowledge
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with demonstrably outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Very strong organizational and time management skills
  • Data entry experience and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple job demands and prioritize with minimal supervision
  • High degree of flexibility to quickly adapt to the various tasks of the position, with a compliant approach
  • Must be willing to work regular business hours and overtime as needed

The Strongest Candidates for This Position Will Also Possess:

  • 2-3 years experience as a Program or Project Coordinator
  • Mortgage industry experience
  • Previous experience with Smartsheet, Encompass Mortgage Banker, and DocuSign preferred.
  • Previous experience using Ellie Mae Encompass or similar LOS
