Job description

SUMMARY:
Paired with at least one high producing recruiter, the recruiter support specialist will assist daily with background and drug test ordering and uploading to application, and conducting orientations for new hires.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Work and communicate effectively with paired recruiter(s).
  • Order all background and drug tests through First Advantage for the recruiter.
  • Upload completed files to application.
  • Conduct full orientation by explaining the app, taking the clinician through the app and help book shifts. Noted in appropriate avenues such as ADMIN, follow sheets etc.

Requirements
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED). High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
1 or more years of customer service experience.
