Come work for the best reviewed employment agency in the Tampa Bay area! We are expanding to Tampa! We are looking for a friendly, outgoing person to join our great team! This is a salaried position and it includes profit sharing and benefits. This role will work/train from our Clearwater office in 2021 and will transition to our Tampa office in Jan/Feb of 2022.

The Staffing Consultant is responsible for recruiting, selecting, and matching the needs of employers with the skills and capabilities of our candidates.

Duties:

• Recruiting administrative, clerical, and light industrial professionals; interview and identify temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire opportunities for these candidates..
• Interviewing and administering evaluations to determine skill level of candidates.
• Selecting the right candidate to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service.
• Performing reference checks on candidates we place out to work

Skills:

• At least 2 years in a recruiting position or staffing agency is preferred
• Ability to resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Sense of humor, ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong business acumen - ability to make good, sound business decisions.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $40,000 - $50,000 + profit share DOE
