Gulfeagle Supply specializes in servicing the professional contractor while also providing a variety of products and services to the homeowner, building owner, architect and general contractor. RECRUITING SPECIALIST

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work and communicate well with others, sense of urgency, self-starter and have a professional demeanor and appearance. Confidentiality is a must.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Dependable with good attendance.
* Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple tasks, be a strong team player and the ability to work successfully with others at all levels within the organization.
* Able to communicate at all levels of the organization, maintain confidentiality with excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Enthusiastic professional with a win/win interpersonal style and the tenacity and conviction to overcome conflict.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2-5 years of recruiting experience required
* Cold calling experience is a plus
