Summary

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques
  • Analytical, flexible, team-oriented and has good interpersonal/communication skills
  • Demonstrated influencing, facilitation and partnering skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Agile Certification or Training
  • Familiarity with project management software (i.e. JIRA, Project Place, etc.)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Agile Backlog for Research Administration Products
  • Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for complex projects through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry standards
  • Gather, enter, and check investigator and research staff profile data
  • Report on researcher data as required by institutional, state, federal and other reporting requirements
  • Ensure, audit, and check data quality across research information systems and dashboards
  • Lead and coordinate Stakeholder meetings
Credentials and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Health/Research/Business Administration or related field.
  • 1 year minimum of relevant experience required.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience working with Business Owners as a BA/BSA in gathering requirements, writing epics and user stories, and creating detailed documentation using Agile project management tools (i.e. Jira)
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile process and principles are a plus
