iVenture Solutions, a leading IT Managed Services Provider is seeking an Sales Representative to sell our services throughout the State of Florida. In this role you will be responsible for selling our solution sets to the "Small and Medium Business Market" (typically 10-500 users).

This position will focus on our managed IT services and cloud offerings. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business relationships, setting qualified appointments for the Business Development Representatives and assisting in closing sales for managed IT and cloud services
  • Calling on C-level executives to uncover pain and set up appointments for Business Development Representatives
  • Assist with lead list development

What you'll be doing as an Sales Representative at iVenture:

  • Generate new sales opportunities by prospecting using phone calls, emails, and other tactic
  • Reach or exceed daily and weekly quotas for dials, conversations, & qualified leads generated for the Business Development Representatives
  • Manage the lead generation process, starting with initial contact, lead nurturing and lead qualification, and ending with the transition of qualified leads to the Business Development Representatives to close
  • Generate high quality leads that result in a high percentage of conversion to Closed / Won Revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up activities through the company's CRM
  • Overcome high level objections and qualify leads appropriately
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of our IT solution sets and industry trends
  • Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style

You are a great Sales Representative for iVenture if you have:

  • Documented proof of success in hitting sales metrics
  • Ability to present him/herself professionally through exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proactive, ambitious, curious, motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, conscientious and honest
  • Outstanding problem solving and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Must have outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Market knowledge of the area is a plus

  • Valid driver's license and insurance with reliable transportation. This position may require infrequent local travel.
