Candidate must be based out of one of the following locations:
- St. Louis, Missouri
- Charlotte, North Carolina
- Tampa, Florida
Manager's Notes: Right now looking to prioritize candidates that are located in St. Louis then Charlotte, then Tampa and those with the external consulting or Finance transformation experience first.
Position Purpose: Through collaboration with the business and IT, leads or co-leads project-based efforts to drive operational efficiency. Following prescriptive methodology, results are achieved through benchmarking, customer journey mapping, process flows and current state gap analysis, strategy mapping, financial optimization, organizational change management, and governance.
Desired Candidates:
- All preferred at least 3 years external consulting experience with Accenture, PWC, KPMG, EY, McKinsey
- At least one with Finance Transformation experience preferable at a Fortune 500 company.
- At least one year with Healthcare Payer experience
- Ideal skills include experience:
- Leading remote facilitation sessions with senior leadership discussing strategy, process transformation
- Customer journey mapping focused on increasing customer experience
- Digital transformation experience
- Identifying cost analysis and optimization opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 4+ years of experience in at least one of the following: process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture, project management
- License/Certification: Organizational Change Management (PROSCI, Six Sigma CAP, Kotter, Bridge's Rogers Kubler), CEX, CMMI, Six Sigma, PMP preferred
- Lead large initiatives defined as impacting 500+ people, 1-2 business functions, or 50%+ reengineering of an existing process. May act in a support for a jumbo initiative defined as impacting 1k+ people, 3-5 business functions, or 75%+ reengineering of an existing process.
- Strategically partner through gaining knowledge of the business / technology, building trust, and demonstrating value. Provide guidance and encourage collaboration to diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead medium to large scale workshops including all levels (i.e., individual contributor to Executive leadership) of employees through strategic, organization design, technology prioritization decisions, root cause analysis, and process mapping.
- Execute, with minimal assistance, external research and the Capability Maturity Model to develop and execute an initiative scope specific diagnostic tool. Lead validation and results consolidation into a high quality, executive deliverable, which includes findings and multi-year strategic roadmap to address identified opportunities.
- Identify, establish, and quantify measurable business benefits, with minimal assistance, (financial/non-financial) achieved as a result of services provided including: business/technical transformation, customer centricity, operational excellence, organizational change management, and strategic planning.
