Job Description Overview The Enterprise Transformation Office's (ETO) mission is to "Evolve firm capabilities and guide major projects and strategy to achieve our 20/20 vision!" As a Senior Enterprise Transformation Program Manager you will be central to the success of our portfolio of the biggest strategic projects, through applying governance and supporting successful execution by partnering with important executives, partners and participants. You will coordinate with the team and its leadership to identify opportunities to evolve our capabilities.The Opportunity:As a Senior Enterprise Transformation Program Manager you will assess and work on group needs to manage all transformation programs. Your experience will help identify new group capabilities, design of processes, and coordination with partners to roll out changes. The Program Manager uses experience and independent action to complete assigned and initiated projects. Their work will require coordination of efforts among team members, other group members and occasionally third-party consultants.The Program Manager will also provide input to Enterprise Transformation group goals and participate with their manager to independently oversee programs to achieve those goals. The role may also include oversight of projects of strategic importance assigned from Senior Management as part of the Transformation Office operating structure. You will report directly to the VP of Enterprise Transformation who will aid in your training and career development.The Day-to-Day:Manage the program to ensure the elements are completely meeting the our requirementsDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support goals in collaboration with senior management and partnersMake recommendations to management regarding solutions to resolve our problemsAssess requirements to bring program components and sub-components, which may include implementation of solution, staffing of the projects, timelinesEstablish all timelines and budgets related to their section of the programCoordinate all departments related to the program which may include IT, and Finance, Third-party Vendors and Our usersManage program dependencies and planningCoach, motivate and manage program team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action for their assigned workDevelop best practices and tools for program execution and managementYour Qualifications:8+ years of experience managing large complex transformation programsBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceManage shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesElicit cooperation from several sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departmentsFamiliarity with change management and creative independent problem resolutionU.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hireWhy Fisher Investments:At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
