        The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the design, delivery, execution, and assessment of talent acquisition initiatives that enable success in acquiring the top talent required to meet business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing and ensuring the productivity of the recruiting team to include high volume recruiters.

        Responsibilities:
        • Responsible for leading, managing and developing a Talent Acquisition team.
        • Develop and deploy enterprise recruiting/sourcing strategies that meet business needs.
        • Manage enterprise recruiting and selection processes. Design recruiting campaigns targeting leading industry talent.
        • Consult and partner with business leaders on pro-active sourcing strategies to support workforce planning.
        • Knowledgeable about the job market, trends, hot jobs and can speak/advise and consult with leaders in planning their workforce needs
        • Integrate company core values in hiring and selection process.
        • Continuous measurement and improvement of the talent acquisition process through recruiting metric collection, analysis and goal setting.
        • Manage/Support specialized recruiting programs (University, Rotational, Military Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.)
        • Manage TA KPIs and share related reporting and analytics and share insights with all stakeholders.
        • Develop strategies to align with diverse labor markets
        • Work with Marketing team to execute branding including social media
        • Review and support of OFCCP compliance.
        • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
        • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure Coke Florida is utilizing leading edge strategies to attract top talent.

        Qualifications
        • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
        • Minimum of 3 years of related management experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high volume, multi-site, environment preferred, 8+ years of recruiting experience.
        • Strong knowledge of social media and demonstrated usage of tools such as LinkedIn
        • Proven experience turning goals into action by creating and executing strategies and plans to achieve talent acquisition objectives.
        • Ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
        • Experience with multiple ATS platforms required.
        • Must have the flexibility and ability to travel periodically/regularly, depending on company needs required.
