Who are you?
You are a sales professional with demonstrated experience in selling IT consulting and implementation services, delivered to large and mid-size companies.
You are seeking the freedom and flexibility to realize new wins, by forming and heading a US based sales team, leveraging the support and experience of nearly 2000 full time offshore resources backed by twenty plus years of success in the integration space.
You will forge senior level relationships across verticals, understand how technology can solve specific business goals and interact with our technical team to deliver meaningful solutions.
We are looking for 8+ years working in the IT services industry at different levels, which includes 3+ years of selling to enterprise customers. Your formal education could be from technology or business, as long as you are capable of understanding and translating business needs into technical solutions at a high level.
Target client profiles we seek in the North American region where deal size is envisaged at between $ 1 to 5 M
- Large enterprises in different verticals who have IT departments that are engaged in transformational engagements and seeking specialist skills to advise and implement their initiatives. Mergers, digital transformation directives are common drivers.
- Telecommunication, Media is an industry where we have outstanding credentialsand there is a great need for modernizing legacy systems, partner enablement.
- Projects requiring integration service expertise with Apigee, Mulesoft, Oracle, WSO2, Google Cloud Platform, AWS and Azure migration and other integration/data products
- Projects for our own bundled, cost-effective offers which include fully functional API management and Digital Marketplace solutions
You should be willing to travel as needed to meet potential enterprise customers. The base location is Tampa, Florida.
You must have participated in similar transactions through an RFP serving these kind of client profiles, please bring out this experience in your response.
Compensation
Approx. $100-125K per year based on experience + significant bonus linked with agreed performance parameters.

You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, to build and convey compelling value propositions that bridge technology and business towards specific outcomes.
You will help connect the dots right from project inception to completion as you work with business and technical stakeholders through their journey. A key function expected from you is to wear the end customer's shoes to help us better understand, carve and deliver contextual value.
Roles & Responsibilities:
In brief - this is a hunting role, to bring new customers.
You will own the process of client acquisition.
Marketing, lead generation and our offshore Centre of Excellence team will help tailor offerings based on the industry insights you offer and the target customers you are looking to acquire.
Once you have established a relationship with stakeholders, our technical team will work with you to offer proof of concepts and an iterative roadmap with the right technology to realize outcomes. This will be done working alongside the customer's own technical resources.
You will manage all contract negotiations and serve as a liaison with our legal team, be the point person for procurement onboarding formalities and MSA negotiation.
Once the customer is onboarded, you will for a specific period, also have farming objectives with allied incentives as you continue to expand our footprint within the customer you have on boarded.
