Sales Consultant: full time and part-time ($12.50/hr + Uncapped commissions)

Responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services by utilizing knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on the team.

- Passionately represents products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers

- Provides product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities to maximize their experience

- Takes a customer-first approach with all customer interactions. Listens and evaluates customer needs and provides appropriate solutions

- Achieves sales and customer experience goals and objectives.

- Consistently demonstrates sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates


Store Service Associate: Full time ($15/hr + Quarterly bonuses)

- Provide strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services and is a go-to resource who supports the store team in the front and back of the store.

- Constantly scans the sales floor to ensure counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible, clean, and functioning, and reports to leadership when exceptions are found.

- May greet customers, ensuring that for sales opportunities they are connected to a sales consultant in a timely manner.

- Frequently checks and inspects the back of the store for clean, secure, and appropriately placed inventory. Assists with receiving inventory and properly stocking the back of the house to store standards.

- Serves as an in-store expert for Xfinity Mobile support and on-boarding of Xfinity Mobile customers. Providing in-store post-sales support for device data transfers and phone number ports.

Requirements (for all):

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Open availability (includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s), and overtime as needed
