PRIMARY PURPOSE

To pleasantly greet the general public undirected, at the entry/exit of each store location; be able to direct customers and answer customer inquiries. This is an hourly, entry level position that will report to the Asset Protection Supervisor at each store location

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS1

1. Greet Customers - Greeters must have pleasant demeanor and desire to interact with the public. Greet customers at the entry to each BrandsMart USA location; answer inquiries and generally help direct customers to their correct destination. Make our customers feel welcome.

2. Handle Customer Inquires - Greeters must understand the basic customer inquiries about the location of goods or services; other related inquiries and promptly communicate responses that are understandable by customers.

3. Inspect Packages - At the entry/exit of each location the Greeter will inspect packages leaving the building and compare the invoice with the merchandise to verify correct date, model number and quantity.

4. Loss Prevention - Greeter is responsible for taking steps to detect common signs of shoplifting, theft and other security risks involving customers and coworkers and to promptly communicate potential problems to store management and the Asset Protection Supervisor.

Duties are performed during the employee's entire shift in addition to other duties.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

All customers are required to wear masks inside of store, curbside and warehouse dock pickup available, sanitizing of common areas occur daily.
