Our Loan Officers have the freedom and flexibility of working from home if they want. Loan Officers must be comfortable with technology and be self-motivated.

We are looking for Loan Officers who can generate a minimum of one to two closed loans per month and hopefully more! Once a loan has been successfully started, our Loan Processors will take over and ensure that the loan closes as quickly as possible. We encourage our Loan Officers to focus on prospecting and originating.

Qualifications and Skills

· Candidates MUST possess an active Florida NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license & Florida state mortgage license.

· MUST speak fluent English in a professional manner, Spanish a major plus

· College graduates preferred, but not required. HS Diploma or GED required.

· Exceptional verbal communication skills are an absolute must

· Basic computer and data entry skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to learn and retain information quickly

· Comfortable with meeting production goals in a fast-paced environment

· Able to work well in a team setting

· Strong leadership skills

· Some customer service experience required

· 1-2 years experience in the industry preferred

Salary: $65,000.00 to $160,000.00 /year
